ZoomText provides up to 60x magnification along with features like smooth font display, cursor enhancements, focus tracking, and a built-in screen reader for text-to-speech output. It includes specialized features for magnification users such as the ability to lock the mouse cursor's vertical position during horizontal scanning, which reduces the retracing penalty when reading magnified text line by line. ZoomText is one of the most widely used screen magnification tools among people with low vision.
