Commercial examples include HireVue, myInterview, and modern iterations of platforms integrated into applicant tracking systems. AI hiring interviews raise significant disability-accessibility concerns: they penalise non-normative communication styles, strip away the two-way context-setting of traditional interviews, can infer disability without consent, and shift disclosure and accommodation decisions from the candidate to an opaque algorithm.
